Ollie Pope is with the England squad as they attempt to win back the Ashes in Australia.
The England batter and 4CAST member is Down Under until early January as the old rivals go head to head in a five-Test series that takes in matches in Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
We caught up with Ollie for an exclusive chat on The Edge, and in this latest instalment he reveals which therapies he opts for when he's recovering from a long day in the field or at the crease.

Ollie, let's talk about the therapies you use in between Test matches or during Tests. What works for you?
I think ice baths and saunas are really the two things that I use.
I'm quite structured with my approach to a Test match. I'll always try and have a big workout day, two days out from a Test match, and then stay on top of the recovery after training.
So, for example, I'd have a good gym session in the morning, two days out from a session, from a Test match. Then in the afternoon, we'd have training and if there's a sauna available, an ice bath available, I'd try to use it then, because I know I've had a pretty big day's training.
And then the day before for me is just about staying as fresh as I can. You do a few sprints and have a net session and catch a few balls, but I mean, I'll get my work done pretty much within an hour or so.
So after that, it's just about relaxing and trying to make sure I feel as fresh as possible. So then if there's a sauna available at the ground as well, then I'll definitely use that too.
