These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ‘Win a two-night stay at JW Marriott Venice Resort and Spa’ ("Competition") hosted on the 4Cast media app ("Platform") by [Jet media Network Ltd] ("Promoter"). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be
bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility:
1. The Competition is open to all users who have downloaded the Platform, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
2. Entrants must have a valid account on the Platform to participate in the Competition.
3. Users who enter via the online form at 4castmg.co.uk will also be eligible to participate in the Competition. However, we strongly encourage downloading the 4CAST app to access exclusive content and updates, and to get the full experience of the partnership.
2. Competition Period:
1. The Competition will begin on Wednesday 7 th May 2025 at 9am BST and end on Friday 27 th June 2025 at 5pm GMT ("Competition Period").
2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the Competition Period at its sole discretion.
3. How to Enter:
1. To enter the Competition, participants must sign up by completing the online entry form with name, email address and optional phone number.
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
4. Prize Draw:
1. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Competition Period
2. The winner will be notified by e-mail or phone, as per detail provided on the online entry form
3. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition
5. Redemption Process: The winner must email their name and provided code to Marriott. A confirmation and final voucher will be issued by Marriott with full
redemption details. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
5. Prize:
A two-night stay for two people in a Deluxe Room at JW Marriott Venice Resort and Spa, including buffet breakfast at Cucina Restaurant.The prize is provided in the form of a digital voucher issued by Marriott, valid for redemption from 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2026. Please note the resort is closed from November to March, and availability is subject to blackout dates and hotel discretion.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or resold. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
6. General Terms:
1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.
2. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility, identity, and age from the winner.
3. Losing entries will not receive any notifications
4. Entries will not be considered as part of this competition if, at the sole discretion of The Promoter, they are deemed to contain language that is in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or otherwise contrary to any law
5. The names and countries of the prize winners will be available upon request
6. The prize winner(s) may be required to take part in related publicity or other marketing related activity, and such participation is a condition of accepting a prize
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms or involved in any fraudulent activity.
8. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, use the winner's name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Competition without any further compensation.
9. The Promoter may need to send winners’ details (name, email address and or postal address) to the prize-giving company for the sole purpose of prize delivery. By entering the competition, you are giving permission for this; you will be notified by The Promoter prior to your details being given to the prize- delivering company
10. The Promoter does not guarantee the availability or quality of any products or services provided by third-party sponsors.
