As parents of all small children will testify, it's very easy to pick up illnesses.
Why? Because all it takes is for your son or daughter to come home from school with a bug - and before long you've got it too!
Jason Roy empathises because he's the father of three kids, so he's been putting AG1 to the test to see if it helps with his health.
And according to the England international it's so far, so good.
"Yeah, the benefits of AG1 seem to be working incredibly well for me," Jason said in his second AG1 video diary.
"With the kids being back at school, my immune system is normally a bit low because they are bringing back whatever illnesses they're bringing back from their mates.
"But it seems to be no colds and no kind of issues there for me. My immune system seems to be stronger than ever. I don't feel like I've had any sort of issues, so that's obviously a huge benefit for me and something I'm looking forward to maintaining.
"Having strength in my immune system is really beneficial for me, especially having to do a lot of travelling.

"I get the train up to the Oval... and it's important I'm not missing training sessions and trying to make sure that I'm hitting the right zones as much as I can.
"So maintaining my health and not being sick or having flu or missing a few days is incredibly important to me. So I'm really glad that AG1 has kind of kickstarted all of that.
"I'm a month in now with AG1," added Jason, "and I think with regard to my routine and the focus that I'm working on, it's giving me exactly what I need.
"I'm feeling fresh. Training's been ramped up and AG1 is helping the recovery side of things as well."
