As the December issue of The Edge dropped, Ollie Pope was in Australia preparing for the second Test of the Ashes series.
There was a nine-gap gap between England's first encounter with their old rivals in Perth and the day-night Test at the Gabba in Brisbane.
That break included a tour match against a Prime Minister's XI in Canberra, but Ollie and his teammates would have been granted some downtime for a mental reset.
And as Ollie told us last month, he likes to recharge his batteries on the golf course.
"It's about trying to unwind, so I often play golf the day after a Test," he explained.
"That's my time to get the body moving, to get the legs moving and then also, from a mental side too, this is my distraction. This is the main thing that gets my mind away from cricket for four hours."
With that in mind, we've dug into our archive to bring you footage of Ollie on the golf course - and not just any course.
We mic'd up the England batter as he took on the beautiful Yas Links course in Abu Dhabi ahead of England's last tour of India.
Hit the video to see Ollie and his England team-mates in action.
